Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2017

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2017

It’s Christmas!

As many of our students already know, we have a list of exciting events planned here in Active Language Learning in December. Our school will be closing for two weeks on the 16th of December so I’m sure both teachers and students are looking forward to a rest from all their hard work.

On the 16th of December we will be organising lots of fun and games in class where you can learn about what people in Ireland like to do at Christmas. We also have our Christmas party on Friday the 9th of December in Gilbert and Wright. Be sure to come along, it’s a great way to get the Christmas season off to a bang.

As I write, I can hear many students practicing for our ping pong tournament starting next week. Remember the prize for the team who comes first is e100 so it’s definitely worth your while to get some practice in.

Perhaps not quite as exciting, but certainly just as important: students will be undertaking their end of term exams next week at the school. Your teacher will be giving you more information in class and for many of you, you can look forward to a new level in January.

Classes start again on the Tuesday 3rd of January. We look forward to welcoming you back.

We here at ALL wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
