This week, ALL is preparing for our August summer group, who will be joining us on Tuesday. This month the students have been enjoying our extra summer tours and adventures. Our new ‘Dun Laoghaire Adventure Tour’ has been very popular and students have enjoyed finding out a little about the local area. This month we will have more great tours and activities, including a Poetry Afternoon, which will give you a little bit of history of Irish literature. This is our first time running this activity, so come along to try it out!
Our teenage learners have been enjoying summer school in Rockford Manor, where they did some great work on the art afternoons. The paintings they have done have been displayed on the walls and it is great to see this modern European art from our young artists!
Remember, check out the pages on the notice board beside reception for information about this week’s tours and activities, and remember our tours are a great way to meet other students as well as find out more about Ireland! You can also check out our reception to find out more about the many fantastic food and music summer festivals in Dun Laoghaire this month.
Sign up for all activities at reception.
