TEACHING:
We are looking for teachers with TESOL / CELTA / DipTESOL / DELTA qualifications (or equivalent alternative). You should also be enthusiastic, flexible and professional.
Teachers of English to Adults (year-round)
Our year-round adult school is situated in the centre of Dun Laoghaire. Students are aged 17+ and come from all over the world, usually no more than 10 per class.
Morning classes run year round from 9.30 to 12.45 Monday to Friday. Afternoon classes run year round from 13.15 to 16.30 Monday to Friday.
Most of our teachers teach two groups, each day.
A mix of general English and exam preparation is taught. We prepare students for PET, FCE, CAE and IELTS exams.
Teachers of English to Juniors (September – June)
From September to June, we welcome closed groups of junior students from all over the world on what we call an “Intensive Study Programme”.
Students (aged from 12-17) come to study at our main centre in Dun Laoghaire, stay with local host families and enjoy a full activity programme.
This course is a great opportunity for teachers to gain experience with a wide variety of student groups.
Evening English Teachers (Year-round)
We run part-time General English and Cambridge English exam classes two evenings per week. The classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
